House on a hillside site, Youghal, Co.Cork, Ireland:

A quick feasibility study to assist a client make a bid for a beautiful hillside site in Youghal, Ireland. The scheme comprised the extension and alteration of an existing dilapidated two storey cottage to form a large family house overlooking Youghal Bay. The living spaces were located on the upper level to make the best use of the stunning views. Direct access to the gardens from the living space was achieved by means of a bridge. A separate garage block was located to the North of the site, off the new vehicular access route.
